Our Anti-SPAM Policy

News365 strictly enforces and requires that all our Users, Experts and Affiliates comply with this Anti-Spam Policy.

In this Anti-Spam Policy document, the term “User”  is defined as a Visitor, Fan, Subscriber, Customer, or Affiliate Partner of News365 (also known as NEWS 365 or https://news365.co) .

This Anti-Spam Policy does not apply to the practices of any companies or individuals that News365 does not control, or any third-party websites that you visit as a result of using the Services. You should use caution and review and comply with the terms and conditions of use relating to such third-party Usenet groups, message boards, chat rooms or websites.

What is Spam?

“Spam” is unsolicited email messages including commercial email, bulk email and junk email sent to individuals who have not given you their consent to receive such messages from you (i.e., the Sender), who have not requested information contained in such messages and who have no prior professional or personal relationship with you.

Spam also includes malpractices, such as manually or via Bots, tools and services, attacking and Spamming:

  • Social Media User accounts,
  • Social Media User posts or replies,
  • P2P messaging apps,
  • Forums and message boards,
  • Blogs and blog comments,
  • Content Sharing sites (such as YouTube),
  • etc

Spamming with promotional messages, which are unrelated to the topic of discussion of the particular post, piece of content, discussion topic, newsgroup or message board is strictly prohibited by News365, regardless if you are a devout Customer, an Expert, or an Affiliate Partner.

No Spamming.

You should not send Spam about News365, and or our Services, and or any other News365 Expert’s Services to people whom you do not know.

You should never send unsolicited SMS or WhatsApp messages, or Email to purchased lists, purchased contacts, and in general, to people who didn’t opt-in to receive email messages from you.

To whom can I send messages using Email?

As a News365 Expert, you can send email to everyone on your My Customers list.
You may not send unsolicited mail messages of any kind to Users with whom you have not had prior contact, or to Users who have not given you permission to send them advertising or solicitation materials; News365 considers this to be spam.
If a User on your My Customers list requests that you do not send such messages, you agree to respect the wishes of that User, and agree not to send any further messages to that User.

As a News365 Affiliate Partner, you may email your legally obtained email subscriber list/s or those lists you are contracted to manage for someone else.

Can I post a message about News365 to online forums, groups or in chat rooms?

You may post messages about News365, our Services, Products, and Experts, to any group who welcomes such messages, for example, free or private/paid forums and Social groups that discuss topics relating to giving online marketing advice or earning money online.

However, please adhere to our News365 User TOS Agreement and do not post unsolicited messages about News365 on other Internet sites in a manner that could be construed as Spam.

What’s the best way to refer people to News365?

The easiest way to refer people to News365 is through emailing or messaging your friends, family and other people you know.

You can also promote and spread the word about News365 products, services and or Experts via your Social Media channels, accounts, as well as via Content Marketing, Press Releases, buying paid promotions in someone else’s email newsletter, running ad campaigns on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Native, Pop-Under/PPV and any other legal means. The CAN-SPAM Act

Dear User, we at News365 appreciates your support, and we thank you for recommending us to your friends and family.

We also do strive to respect people’s privacy.
Consistent with the standards set forth in the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, ALL messages that we send to our customers and subscribers (i.e., visitors to our website who requested we send them our information by opting-in, signing up, filling in a form, or when attempting to purchase a product or service but not finalizing the checkout) will include an “opt-out” link for recipients to request to not receive such messages from us in the future.

News365 includes these opt-out features in the marketing, promotional, and or advertising emails we send you, or those we send out on behalf of our News365 Experts.

Our respected Affiliate Partners must also comply with CAN-SPAM rules and laws.
News365 is not responsible for its Affiliates and Partner actions.
Nonetheless, any Affiliate violating these laws and caught Spamming will be instantly terminated and will forfeit (i.e., lose) any due payout.

What if I believe I was spammed by a News365 User?

Please forward us the full text of the message you received by emailing info@news365.co and include the name of the alleged offending User who sent the message, and tell us whether you managed to unsubscribe or not, and whether that User kept sending you unsolicited messages even after 24h passed from the time of your unsubscribing.

We will contact the person whom you believe sent you Spam and investigate further.

What happens to people who send spam messages about News365?

If notified, News365 will investigate the messages. We reserve the right to warn, suspend or terminate a User account which News365 determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with Spam.

General Summary

As a User, you agree to only use the News365 Site and Services for authorized and lawful purposes, consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and the rights of others, and agree not to use News365 Site and Services to transmit or process content in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including without limitation, laws relating to unsolicited email, anti-spam laws, and export or encryption laws or regulations.

This Anti-Spam Policy forms part of the News365 Terms of Use & Service User Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein. Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the User Agreement and related policies.
